I recently purchased a new M5 from Momentum. The sales person Bjorn was very professional. He is even able to communicate in complete sentences! (I find this to be increasingly rare. He was able to answer all of my questions throughout the custom ordering, assembly, shipping and delivery process. The Finance Manager Lauderdale was also extremely helping with the closing process, and thoroughly explained all of my options for extended warranty, pre-paid maintenance, wheel/windshield/dent policies, etc. More

Went in to browse their cars, ended up buying one on the spot. I mentioned I had 3 price ranges in mind, low, medium, and high, and their staff took the time to show me cars in all three ranges. I didn't get the feeling that they were trying to upsell me something expensive. The whole process felt like they were just trying to help match me with what I wanted. After I purchased the car, they sat with me and guided me through the car features and helped me install an app to connect to the car. All and all, the entire process felt smooth and complete.
