My wife and I recently purchased a non-BMW pre-owned vehicle and our sales consultant Patrick A and sales manager Tommy S were both fantastic! Very informative and professional. We had a couple of concerns with the vehicle and both were handled very efficiently. Vehicle delivery and financing were very smooth. The factory maintenance light came on about 40 days after purchase and when I took it to my local Benz dealer I was told all maintenance was current and my vehicle was in perfect shape!
