During my Build Your Own Vehicle process, he explained in details for each of the functions/features that's being selected. He also recommended features that he believes is useful to owners. When the car was delivered, he walked me through the process; showed me the car features, and also provided support if needed. I have all the time i needed to make decisions on the interior and exterior colors (which is important for me).
