I wanted to buy a car on the same day and did not want to waste my time. We went to Sewell Audi to try an A8 but the sales person was very hands off. His statement was that I should try the 7 series and come waste my time. We went to Sewell Audi to try an A8 but the sales person was very hands off. His statement was that I should try the 7 series and come back and drive their A8. I also had a personal friend that referred me to autonation BMW in woodlands. The sales guy over there had me convinced to come over, but he sounded very pushy. When I got to Momentum BMW, Jeff was very professional and sat us down. Listened to what I was looking for and worked with me. I had never had a better experience at a car dealership better than Momentum BMW. He took his time and answered all my questions. After the sales process, I spoke to Jason in finance and that made the experience even better. They went above and beyond and right away understood that I started my car shopping in the morning and wanted to drive out with a car that the same evening. They did not waste my time and were very courteous. Jason and I struck a deal and we went off to finalize the paper after some time. I am a VC investor and time is really important for me. Both Jeff and Jason understood that and made my experience memorable. I will buy my wife's car and cars for my employees from this dealership and refer them within my network of influence with pride.
