My recent purchase of the X6 is my first BMW. George, our sales person was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable. My car was missing a part on the exterior. Not sure how that happened, but George was our sales person was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable. My car was missing a part on the exterior. Not sure how that happened, but George was instrumental in making sure that part was replaced quickly. In the near future, I hope my experience with the service department is as memorable. That is usually the deciding factor that determines if I will be a repeat customer. The finance department was not competitive with other luxury car dealers in this current economic environment.
