This is the second car I have bought from Khalil. He is absolutely one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I have dealt with. Khalil's easy-going and friendly manner is balanced by a strong sense of responsiblity and professionalism. His main goal on any deal is not to make a quick buck by selling a car; rather, he takes the time to really understand what his customer is looking for. I wasn't sure that anything was going to meet my needs the day that I went, and he offered to keep an eye on incoming trade-ins and alert me. Khalil would rather have a satisfied customer than an extra dollar in his pocket. Two people stopped by his desk throughout my time there to thank him for his service and to give him updates on how happy they are with their purchases and to pick up his business cards to pass out to people who are looking to buy a car; to me, this demonstrates an ability to create strong, personable, and loyal relationships with diverse individuals. Going through options with him is like discussing with a friend. Most importantly, he listened to our needs and never made us lose time with options or color combinations we didn't care about. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, was a wonderful experience. He gave us a great price, competitive with the Kelley Blue Book value, and only 52,000 miles on it, in great condition, and we couldn't be happier. The financing department was also very friendly and helpful, and we were in and out of the financing department in no time, with keys in hand. Overall, the experience was so wonderful because my husband and I have been looking around for awhile, and had such poor experiences elsewhere, that this was unexpectedly great. We were also told we would always be taken care of, in case of any questions or concerns that we might have about anything concerning our car. My husband and I are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience, and love our new car. We told them we will be back next year, when my husband will trade in his old car for a new one. We have told all our friends and family to go see Khalil for great customer service and a great deal. More
