We brought our first BMW at this dealership yesterday. The whole was started one month ago and went very smoothly. Our salesperson, Tatiana was very helpful. The financial person was professional and not pushy to sell products. The only disappointment was that there was supposed a person to show us how to use the new car , no show. So Tatiana had to get us started with the basics. Fortunately, there were plenty of YouTube tutorials. More
