Dealt with Dan Dunham, was made to feel stupid and felt like he had more important things to do. Just unfortunate and pretty deflating especially when I pay a ton of money there. While returning to Nashua NH from a trip to Boothbay Harbor in my 2017 GolfR I got a check oil light. Morong-Falmouth was the nearest dealership. 4 year old Audi, 30,000 miles, always serviced here. Tires never rotated due to service dept saying not needed despite my complaint of road noise. Took to local garage to diagnose the noise. All 4 tires cupping due to never having been rotated. Have to replace all tires prematurely. Called Audi service to try to find out how this could have happened with my complaints of road noise in past visits. Their response was that it probably had needed new tires!!! Laughable; they’re saying I had probably needed new tires-but they didn’t need to be rotated and they had sent me on my way? Poor service, poor customer service from management, but thank you Allysa for trying. Last Audi I will own, tho that was never the intention. More

Our salesman, Vici, was great to work with, took the time to explain all about our CX5 that we ordered. When it arrived at the dealer he called and we set up a time to pick it up. When we arrived at Morong our Soul Red CX5 was sitting there spotless inside and out and ready to go, it was gorgeous! Vici went over how everything worked and how to set up our phones and make adjustments to different settings. On our way home I REALLY enjoyed how our new Mazda drove, handled nice, quiet ride, solid feel and the turbo is very peppy! Good experience buying our new car here, would do it again. Zoom Zoom! More
