Since the car has so many useful features I needed a couple of refresher sessions after using the car for awhile and Dan patiently answered my questions and showed me how to maximize my use of the car's capabilities. Great Sales team, unsupportive Finance team Chris Na did a great job showing us the ins and outs of the new 2018 Tiguan. The man was literally running between customers, answering questions and Chris Na did a great job showing us the ins and outs of the new 2018 Tiguan. The man was literally running between customers, answering questions and serving as the go-between with the finance managers in some back room. They didn't have the the exact vehicle we wanted, so a search ensued to find it at other dealers. 3-4 days later and after I voiced some concern about the financials, it was suggested we drop down a trim level to attain the payment we were look to hit. However, after a 2 minute internet search, my wife found the model and trim we were asking for at another local dealership and told them what we were looking to pay for a monthly payment. Within 5 minutes we had the payment we wanted, with the same criteria--a $35/mo. difference in price--the same as the lesser trim model Morong was promoting without the features we wanted. So as much as we were satisfied with Chris, the dealership came up short. More

I found it online and started emailing to check its availability and Ashley treadwell responded quickly and ready to help. As soon as I got all of the information I needed, I made the drive from Massachusetts to Maine. When I arrived I was greeted by Dan Dunham and he was such a big help. The rest of the process was about as quick and painless as you could imagine. David Hellin was also very easy to talk to and made the financing very understandable and to my needs. More
