Excellent help in finding the right car for me. Wasted no time in taking me out for a test drive and even provided a pretty decent trade in offer on my previous car. My car suddenly started making grinding noises above the front tires last wednesday night, shortly after my low tire pressure light came on. I had the car towed to Morrie's Thursday morning. Unfortunately no loaners and no appointment until the following Monday. Chadd, a service manager for morrie's was nice enough to call me Thursday morning for more info. He said he would try to get to it by either the end of the day or Friday. By Friday afternoon, he texted me that they weren't going to get to my car, but I could pick up a loaner. That was great as I had plans for the weekend including work on Sunday. I had to have my front brakes replaced along with all four tires. I really appreciated the extra effort made to get me a loaner for the weekend. Thanks. More
