As soon as we walked into the dealership, someone was there to greet us. We were offered a beverage and were seated immediately. I put $20,000 down on the purchase of a vehicle and 2 1/2 weeks later I get a call from Ryan in financing saying Chase wants me to put down a little more than $5000 more on the vehicle cuz I’m retired and th weeks later I get a call from Ryan in financing saying Chase wants me to put down a little more than $5000 more on the vehicle cuz I’m retired and they say my retirement pay doesn’t support the monthly payment. I’ve purchased many other new cars and they always checked these things at time of purchase. This buying experience is by far the worst experience I have ever had. SHAME ON MORRIES!!! Depending on how this plays out…my displeasure with MORRIES will be ALL over social media. More
