Purchasing process the day before was smooth and efficient. However the following day doing the paperwork was tedious. We had an 1100 appointment and our salesperson spent much of the time with othe efficient. However the following day doing the paperwork was tedious. My husband did all of the research for the Carew bought (2018 Ford Escape SE), so the car was ready for us when we arrived at our appointment. Robert went with us on our test drive and answered all our qu (2018 Ford Escape SE), so the car was ready for us when we arrived at our appointment. Robert went with us on our test drive and answered all our questions or promised answers on anything he didn’t know. We were encouraged to keep the car overnight for an inspection by our local mechanic, which we did. My only complaint was that I noticed while I was waiting how few customers wore masks and then I saw how few of the general staff wore masks. I’m considered high-risk if I catch the corona virus due to age and an underlying medical condition; therefore, I’m very careful where I go. When we returned the car to finalize the sale, Robert had made arrangements for us to be inside as little time as possible. My less than stellar rating above for the dealership relates only to the lack of mandatory masking for both staff and customers and does not reflect on Robert, who was always masked during our interaction. We recently dealt with Garrett from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth when looking for a new car. Garrett was easy to work with and found the car we wanted in Oklahoma, had it shipped to Leavenworth where we Leavenworth when looking for a new car.
