Bought a car that was not ready for sale. Not advised Test drove a car and almost done purchasing before being told it had not gone through the certification process. It was 3 weeks before I could drive Test drove a car and almost done purchasing before being told it had not gone through the certification process. It was 3 weeks before I could drive the car off the lot. I had to call for updates and when they called back they called my husband who was not even on the loan or involved in the purchase. I even told them not to call him and specifically told them to call me. I did not get a call until I left a message with the service manager. Then the service manager did not address the issues. My first experience many years ago with Zeck Ford was amazing. In and out in a little over 2 hours. This last experience lasted 3 weeks. Not sure I will be a return customer. A car should not be on the lot or for sale to customers unless it is ready to drive off the lot. Communication was terrible and I had to do all the follow up. Then when the car was ready the salesperson called ME (surprise) multiple times even when I told him I would be up late that day. The finance person, Brandon, was the best. More

My wife and I had months prior to get momma a new car after her car was totaled in a hit-and-run. Through that experience and knowing I would be trading up in the near future I knew where I would be goin after her car was totaled in a hit-and-run. Through that experience and knowing I would be trading up in the near future I knew where I would be going when it came time. I went to Zeck Ford with my truck that had things starting to build up that didn't make sense to replace in early December. I was treated with nothing but the best customer service and what seemed to be a very fun and friendly staff. When explaining what I was trying to do with gal at the front desk I was redirected to Hunter. I already had in mind a couple options I wanted to test drive. With it being a non commission sales floor there was never any pushing to buy more than we could handle but yet rather threw out a couple options I maybe hadn't seen on the website. I am happy to say that I am the proud owner of a 2016 F150 4X4 Sport that I hadn't originally planned on trying out. I cannot begin to say how easy these guy and gals make the car buying process. Everyone is friendly and just trying to find what is best for you and your future. I will for sure be back to buy cars in the future with Hunter at Leavenworth Zeck Ford. #FORDFAMILY More

We had an excellent experience with Steve. He was so friendly and told us everything we needed to know.
