Rick Mears again was fully attentive to my needs and conducted entire sales process in professional manner. Mike Gardner in Finance was thorough and didn’t try to steer me into unwanted options. The final prep team did an excellent job of finishing the last items for “delivery” and making the whole process as well as could be expected. Lol, probably be back at ZECK in 3 years for another purchase. More

Fabulous Experience I am writing this review on behalf of my Mom, who is 81 years old, and just bought a Ford Escape at Zeck Ford. The sales person, Steve Corter, was awe I am writing this review on behalf of my Mom, who is 81 years old, and just bought a Ford Escape at Zeck Ford. The sales person, Steve Corter, was awesome with her and didn't try to manipulate her into anything she didn't want. She said he was very nice. Nicole Frederick was helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns before I stepped foot into the dealership. I felt comfortable leaving my Mom in their hands.
