Great experience Nino Williams was a sales person. Saved thousands I flew into Levenworth Kansas from Cleveland Ohio to buy a car sight unseen! I have to tell you I was a bit weary. They were so professional that they I flew into Levenworth Kansas from Cleveland Ohio to buy a car sight unseen! I have to tell you I was a bit weary. They were so professional that they made a 5min. vidio of a close up of the car. It looked great and eased my mind. When I arrived at the airport they picked me up promptly. When I arrived at Zeck Ford I informed them I needed to leave by 3:00pm to return home. I was met by a group of professionals who walked me through my buy from start to finish. I can not tell you how well they handled every detail. They got me done right on time and saved me thousands on the purchase of a very nice 2018 Ford Flex. More

Not your normal car buying experience Rick was great. He fully explained the process and the "no haggle" concept. We had already done our research on a particular vehicle and Zeck was we Rick was great. He fully explained the process and the "no haggle" concept. We had already done our research on a particular vehicle and Zeck was well below what other dealers were charging. Rick took us on a nice test drive warning us of the various speed traps :). After purchasing the vehicle they detailed it for us. We will be back next year to purchase another vehicle. Oh, be sure to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. More

Thank you Cameron and Brandon! I have bought every single one of my cars for the past 20 years from this dealership. I had all good experiences, except for my last car, which was a I have bought every single one of my cars for the past 20 years from this dealership. I had all good experiences, except for my last car, which was a 2012 Focus. I was having nothing but problems with it and was very frustrated. I decided I was going to trade it in for a 2017 Escape. I worked with Cameron Decker. I vented to him first about how unhappy I was with the Focus. He sympathized and did not take my frustration personally. He was very patient with me and didn't make me feel like a "stupid woman". Finance worked with me to get the payments where I needed them to be and still allow me to have gap coverage and an extended warranty. Both guys made it a point to tell me how much they appreciated my loyalty to the dealership over all of these years and wanted to make sure I would be a continued customer, which I will be. We do all of our oil changes and service with Zeck as well, and have for many years. As unhappy as I was with my Focus, I am a million times happier with my new Escape! I will continue to shop local and buy from Zeck Ford! #loyaltypaysoff More
