They didn’t perform the service I paid for and I was left stranded the very next day. The 21 point inspection included a battery check. When I lifted the hood to see why my car wouldn’t start, the terminal stranded the very next day. The 21 point inspection included a battery check. When I lifted the hood to see why my car wouldn’t start, the terminals were badly corroded and it was only registering 9.2 volts. I had to spend $200 on a new battery that I might have shopped for a better price had I been advised that my battery was bad. I don’t have faith that they did anything else they claimed they did. I doubt my tires were even rotated. DONT GO THERE!!!! More

Got to my 7:30am appointment and was immediately helped. Just needed my PCM programmed. Once we finally determined that the magic word was "Configured" we proceeded. Some of the other service guys there chimed in and none of them seemed to really understand that I just needed my BCM to recognize my AC. One, a senior service guy said the ac and bcm are not related. That is just incorrect. I was then told it would cost 325 dollars for a hour of service time to "configure" my BCM but they couldn't say if it would turn on my AC. NOPE. I was extremely disappointed and was not going to give them 325 bucks to play around with delicate electrical systems that I was legitimately afraid they would damage. More

I really wish I could give Mossy Nissan zero stars. Last year on April 14, 2022. I purchased my first ever vehicle through this dealership. Everything has seem to go smoothly and for the most part was fair after a year all I can say is I’m beyond frustrated and their customer service is the worst Houston has to offer. I’ve been having an issue with my car and if I’m correct, my warranty should cover it because it’s part of what it offers from my understanding. Since August 2022 I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in the financial department but it’s the same excuse no matter what department I call or how many times I call “ oh, they’re busy or can’t come to the phone right now”…….. well when will they ever be? If I end up having to pay out-of-pocket for something that I know is very fixable and manageable through simple communication, then there should definitely be consequences not just for one person but for almost everyone truly one of the worst dealerships in Houston and communication is everything especially with vehicles so don’t think this is ever gonna stop. Purchased a new vehicle back in Jan. 2023. Really needed to get the purchase done and move on with our lives. Well, salesperson was really good and was respectful of our time. When it 2023. Really needed to get the purchase done and move on with our lives. Well, salesperson was really good and was respectful of our time. When it came down to the numbers boy better beware. Thought some of these old car dealership tactics went out the window long ago. Well not at Mossy Nissan they haven't. First pencil on paper did not have the $1,300 discount that I showed the salesman that was listed online for the very car that I was purchasing. Plus, they even added a little extra $1,900 for some aftermarket stuff that I never did find out what it actually covered. They over quoted the lease money factor when they presented me the numbers after I asked them about the $1,300 discount that was online. So, they should me inflated money factor payments even though we had discussed how my credit rating was. Which is excellent. So, we agreed to put down monies to get to the payment that we wanted. When we went into the finance office, we found out that they had gone in a raised the price over the MSRP because our credit rating was so good, they could not get the payment low enough so they freaking raised the price of the vehicle. Wow, deceptive in every way. Anyway, we had already gone clear across town to pick up our son and come back to pick up the vehicle when we found out and just took the silly thing anyway. Lesson learned. Will avoid them like the plague for any service or any additional car purchasing needs. More

The first time I bought a car from here I was impressed. Got a great deal and great service. However the last few times I have been in - severely disappointed. I even reached out to Ashton Mossy himself who Got a great deal and great service. However the last few times I have been in - severely disappointed. I even reached out to Ashton Mossy himself who assured me that I'd be taken care of but that was really just a ploy to get me back in the dealership to waste my time, I suspect. Neither he, nor the manager, Robert, he said would help me, have helped. I don't have bad credit and have a decent income, that's not the issue, fyi. This being a family owned dealership, they operate a little differently than some others, and that is not in favor of a customer, let me tell you. As you can see from his snarky and untrue response below, this is how they talk to and treat customers. I dealt with a salesman, and have text messages showing some numbers on a vehicle but when I got in there, of course that was not the case. My credit was run on 3/25/22 without me signing anything, before I agreed for it to be run as well. One great thing about Houston is how many options you have for pretty much everything, including dealerships. That being said, would I recommend this dealership? No, not anymore. Do your research on pricing of used cars, check around because you'll often see the same car priced lower at other dealerships. If you're wanting a new car, be sure to find out if they are forcing some type of package on you because Mossy does (usually maintenance, GAP, etc). And it's a bit unfair - car crisis or not. Well Mossy, it's been an eye opening and frustrating journey but you and I are done. Again, as you can see by the response from the dealership - they literally MADE UP some numbers. How ugly to do such a thing, but not surprising at all. Never once did I discuss $10k off of anything, not sure where this even came from. I'm quite confused but not surprised. Stay away from this dealership. More
2019 Sentra, noise in transmission, 24000 miles. tech with 25+ years??? (Dan) said it was a possible flood damage, bent push rods making the noise, no mfg. warranty. may need new engine, expensive, The mechanic diagnosed the problem right there in the service lane, "i can open it up but it will cost you" " we have to jump thru hoops with the manufacture to get it fixed warranty problems" took it to another dealer to look at it and the Nissan engineers said that it was the transmission and is under warranty. They are in the process of replacing the transmission, it saddens me to know that how a business can pick and choose their work and send you on your way. More
The price I negotiated over the phone and via text with the dealership was honored when I arrived. That was great!! However, my new car...wasn't so new. There are scratches in the door handle area, my manu the dealership was honored when I arrived. That was great!! However, my new car...wasn't so new. There are scratches in the door handle area, my manual had been open and used..and I didn't appreciate that at all - especially with covid-19...I can wash the car and clean the seats; however, I can't do anything with the manual. Very disappointing. Finally, I had to go back to the dealership the same day the car was delivered to me to be cleaned on the inside. Disappointing and inconvenient. More
