I was returning home to Maryland from upstate New York when my check engine light came on and my Lexus began performing erratically. When I arrived at MotorWorld Lexus, I was greeted by Joel Newell, who i when my check engine light came on and my Lexus began performing erratically. When I arrived at MotorWorld Lexus, I was greeted by Joel Newell, who immediately looked at my car, ran a diagnostic check, and got my vehicle into service… on a Saturday morning, no less. Throughout the service stop, Joel kept me well-informed, communicated with the technicians regarding my questions and concerns, and showed genuine concern for my car and for my trip home. He's a true professional and a great representative for both your dealership and for the Lexus brand. By the way, the problem wasn't with my Lexus but with a set of off-brand tires another dealer had placed on the car. Joel and the technicians correctly diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road in a timely fashion—and at a minimal cost. I can't thank you enough, Joel! And thanks also to the ace service techs at MotorWorld Lexus. Yours is the best dealership of any kind I've ever encountered. More
We started using Motorworld Lexus after numerous poor service at Leigh Valley Lexus. I wish we would have left Sooner! Wow, Motorworld Lexus has treated us like family! I have NEVER got the service anywhere else, like I am getting at MotorWorld. The Red Carpet service is wonderful and the drivers are always so nice.
