I brought my vehicle in for transmission problems to have it serviced while it was covered under warranty. I was told there was no problem twice. months later the transmission failed and Dodge would not c it serviced while it was covered under warranty. I was told there was no problem twice. months later the transmission failed and Dodge would not cover it because it is out of warranty now. $4,000+ cost to repair now when it should have been fixed when I brought it in. I have 3 Dodge’s but not for long. I will letting all social media and bbb know how crappy the service is at this place. More

Brought my 2019 Grand Cherokee in because the check engine light was on. Of course it was not on when the tech tried to diagnose it. Light came back on the next day and they told me to bring it right engine light was on. Of course it was not on when the tech tried to diagnose it. Light came back on the next day and they told me to bring it right in. With a different warning regarding the ABS. It took them 2 days to make the repairs, which may seem excessive, but they called and asked to keep it another day since it wasn't "braking" properly and they would continue to work and get it right. I appreciated their diligence to complete the work right, not just fast. Thank you. More
