Originally I thought this dealership was pretty good. But once the sale was completed I changed my mind. I’ve called several times and left messages. 5 days later and still no response. I live in Delawar But once the sale was completed I changed my mind. I’ve called several times and left messages. 5 days later and still no response. I live in Delaware and need to get the paperwork completed in order to get a waiver for the tinted windows. Still waiting. I was also told they would fix a small ding in the door. Still waiting. More

I have not had the greatest experience. I had a cat converter replaced on one of my cars and had to point out that they did not credit me the core charge for it. Most recently I brought I had a cat converter replaced on one of my cars and had to point out that they did not credit me the core charge for it. Most recently I brought my car in for a transmission diagnostic. I was told there is nothing wrong with my transmission even though it shifts so hardly that it throws you back into the seat. I was given explanations about how the transmission software learns how a driver operates the vehicle to saying that the transmission works like that anyway. I find that to be totally unacceptable that a $40,000 car would have such a hard shifting transmission. What am I supposed to do about it now? More
