Brought my Jeep in for a routine fix They broke something else on my Jeep and would not take responsibility for it They would not pay for a rental for even one day I was now stranded at work an something else on my Jeep and would not take responsibility for it They would not pay for a rental for even one day I was now stranded at work and don’t have a way in to my job as well!! I spoke to the manager and he said it was my fault the car had wear and tear and said they are doing me a favor my fixing my car I will never ever go back to this establishment. They have lost my business forever and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how poorly I was treated. What manager argues with their customer for no apparent reason. They never even apologized not once for being at fault So sad how I was treated More
