John Smashey took my frantic call about my Dodge Journey not starting. Within 1 hour, he had everything taken care of with regards to my warranty and tow transportation. They rotated my tire and change the oil on my 2020 Gladiator.While rotating the tire they crack on of my caps, they stated that is was broken before I came to get my service. That xx if it was cracked Gladiator.While rotating the tire they crack on of my caps, they stated that is was broken before I came to get my service. That xx if it was cracked it would have feel off going fine the road!! Gave me a run around. The dealer ship is located in , Mt.EPHRAIM NJ. Will never go there again. So much for the oil changes I paid for. More
