He has professional, kind, patient and supportive through the entire process. It is very common to see dealerships throw extra fees on top of the agreed upon price at closing. That was not the case at all. The price we discussed with Lance from the beginning is what we ended up paying a month later. He was very honest. We had Myles Bauer work with us for financing and we was wonderful as well. We really felt that we got a great deal on the car and we were treated with the upmost respect.
