I sealed an internet deal with Sebastian Wrobel a few weeks ago, but then decided to re-negotiated the deal using a leverage of last day of the month and quarter. I let several dealerships offer the best price and Sebastian at Muller Acura easily beat all others not only by price, but speed of response, commitment, and truly speaking just normal human attitude. The other dealerships tried to "come on" us in, push other options, etc., but Sebastian simply found us the right car, proposed the best deal and stood by it. Great experience all in all! More

Inspiration to Report False Advertising to BBB A 2004 Jaguar X-Type was advertised on the Internet for $4,929.00. I test drove the vehicle and was very impressed with it's condition. I was concern A 2004 Jaguar X-Type was advertised on the Internet for $4,929.00. I test drove the vehicle and was very impressed with it's condition. I was concerned that the "ABS" warning light was on. The salesperson said the problem would be repaired before delivery as "they were planning on repairing the problem anyway." The salesperson wrote an offer of $4,929.00 + $169.27 doc fees + $25.00 electronic vehicle registration + $371.44 sales tax (7.25%) + $196.00 license = $5,690.71 (exact price advertised) with the ABS problem repaired. I signed a counter offer to pay $5,000.00 cash price delivered with the ABS problem repaired. The sales person said he would ask his manager if they would accept the deal. The salesperson returned with his manager, Tommy, who sat down and handed me his card and said "I have to fix the ABS controller before I can sell the car. I won't risk my career or the dealership on one car. If I sold the car as is, and something happened, the dealership would be responsible. Here is the situation, we just ordered the part to fix the car from Jaguar and it cost $900. If you want the car, I will sell it to you for $5,800.00." I was shocked and said why would you say I would have to pay $109.21 more than the original advertised price? I said I should be able to purchase the car for the advertised price. Tommy said he couldn't sell the car for that price. I said if they would not sell me the car for the advertised price, it would be false advertising. Tommy said "it is not false advertising, it is just how it is." The actions of the dealership put forth by the sales manager Tommy follows the exact definition of false advertising. More
