They gave me a clear out-the-door price with no hidden fees or upselling, which made the entire process stress-free. I was purchasing a used vehicle that had a few light foot marks on the side door panels. When I mentioned it to Roger, he didn’t hesitate to take care of it—he personally cleaned the marks himself. I honestly felt bad because I didn’t expect him to do that, but that small gesture showed how much pride he takes in making sure customers are happy. It was such a personal and genuine moment that really stood out to me. Everyone I worked with went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service and value.
