Muller's Woodfield Acura is great. The service is excellent in my opinion. I keep regular appointments for service and have never really had any problems with the car. Always a pleasure to do business at Muller’s Woodfield Acura I went in for new brakes and came out with a new car! I had an RDX, I had never had any problems with it, but with almost 115,000 miles, it was time f I went in for new brakes and came out with a new car! I had an RDX, I had never had any problems with it, but with almost 115,000 miles, it was time for new brakes. Then I decided, I had never spent any money on service, maybe it was time for a new car. Everyone was so accommodating, a few hours later I walked out with a new car. Chris the service manager sent me to Nick the Sales Manager. He promised to give me a good deal, and he had Barb, a saleswoman help me select a car. I wrapped things up in short order with Myles the Finance Manager. Barg was very helpful getting the new car ready and all set up to my liking, and my original contact, Chris, assured me anything I needed, service would be there for me! It was seamless and easy to walk away with a brand new Acura. I highly recommend Muller’s for their professionalism and honesty and helpfulness. Mary C More

Recall Service - Muller's Acura Did NOT Care I received a SAFETY RECALL from Acura for my 2015 TL. I called the service department to schedule an appointment and the Service Tech (Mark) tells me I received a SAFETY RECALL from Acura for my 2015 TL. I called the service department to schedule an appointment and the Service Tech (Mark) tells me the 1st available appointment is June 4 (7 weeks away). I inquire that it seems like a long time to fix a known SAFETY RECALL. Mark tells me "well, unless you are an Uber driver, it shouldn't be an issue." I reiterate it is a safety recall. He tells me they are only doing 8 per day Monday through Friday only. I say again, that does not sound urgent for a SAFETY RECALL. He again tells me he has not heard of any actual issues and they are only doing 8 per day. So it did not appear that Muller Acura cares about safety and was not going to change their appointment frequency so I booked the appointment for 7 weeks out, their 1st available. This was the 2nd car I purchased from Mullers Acura and it will be my last. If this is how much they care about their customers, I will bring my business to Audi, Mercedes, or Lexus. Mark was very flippant with me and his tone and position was he did not care. I did call Acura and they are opening a case but should I really have to push Muller's Acura to address a SAFETY RECALL? I guess they feel they already have my money. More

If you want to cancel appointment, CALL THE CUSTOMER AND LET THEM KNOW UPFRONT, DON'T COMMIT AND THEN CANCEL WHEN THEY SHOW UP AT THE SERVICE DESK. IT IS SIMPLY RUDE!!! I scheduled a service appointment for regular maintenance, plus recall and minor repair - something was squeaking on the front axle. After I picked up the car, i noticed that squeaking came back. I called service department and asked if I could bring the car back. The lady told that they are busy now and suggested that I should come Friday so she could get me a loaner. I agreed to the appointment, came on time and all of the sudden weird thing happened. Mark Dettlo - the Service Manager came out and suggested to look at the car with me. Before we even went to drive, he suggested squeaking from brakes was normal. We went for a quick drive, he confirmed that the squeaking was abnormal, but told me that he will not give me a loaner as I did not lease a car from Muller. First, if you have a policy that you give loaners to Muller customer only, let me know before i schedule an appointment. I live 15 miles away, it is not fund for me make accommodations with other people to drop off my kids in school to make 8:00 AM appointment to get blown off. Second, on my previous, 2016 MDX I never had to deal with this. I did not buy it from Muller and Muller still serviced it with no problem to give me a loaner.. I bought tires and breaks from Muller. I serviced it twice, you replaced my suspension, did at least two recalls. I believe I was a good customer. Finally, Mark - no offense but you were very irritated when you talked to me. Kim and other members of your team were always nice to me. This is the reason I kept coming back to Muller. My last experience was not Muller. It was an irritated man having a bad day.... More
