Personalized Service.....OLD SCHOOL!! I am so happy to have found this Service Department. I made the mistake of buying my used 2013 ILX at another dealership but have done ALL my service I am so happy to have found this Service Department. I made the mistake of buying my used 2013 ILX at another dealership but have done ALL my service including the purchase of my warranty through Muller. Mike in the Service Department is spectacular!! EVERYONE there is, Mike is just who I started with so he is who I turn to for all my service needs. These guys are not that "Dealership Pricing/Rip off!" They communicate very honestly about any care that needs to be done without gouging me and taking advantage of me because I am a women. I have gotten price comparisons and done my homework on things I need done. They are within $20 of anyone else I have gone to and been quoted by. The difference is they stand behind EVERYTHING!! No doubt where to go for all future repairs. Thanks Mike for being one of the good guys!!! More

Pleasant 1st visit I went in for a replacement key and had a small issue with the warranty (aftermarket). Scam service...total joke. I know cars and when they told me that A1 service code is an oil change and tire rotation, and then had the car serviced complete in 25 minutes I was I know cars and when they told me that A1 service code is an oil change and tire rotation, and then had the car serviced complete in 25 minutes I was suspicious. Sure enough, oil was still dirty, tires not rotated and I basically paid 70 bucks for a car wash. Brutal. More

When I arrived they diagnosed the problem qui I called Muller Acura's service department in the morning. They scheduled me for service the same day. When I arrived they diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part in stock, replaced the part, vacuumed and washed my Acura, and had me back on the road within 1 hour. Unbelievable service! Very courteous and friendly staff also. I highly recommend this Acura dealership for service. More
