"Met expectations"

Appeared that the service rep did not review the past history of my car. He asked me if certain things needed to be done. For example when were the tires last rotated? When were the wiper blades last changed? The battery appears to be old, has it been replaced? FYI, all service work since we purchased the vehicle in 2011 has been done by Mungenast. Great service! But when I send my daughter's car in to be serviced, I expect Mungenast to know what and when service was completed. I will always take my car to Mungenast, but come-on guys! Let's step it up. Honda had issued a recall for the battery connector. Justin was my onsite contact for this repair. He was friendly, polite, and professional. I waited in the quiet room of the waiting area and enjoyed some excellent popcorn while I was there!

I am have always taken every car I owned to the dealership— they know your car best! Every time I go in there, I deal with the same service advisor Gary Opitz. He will tell me exactly what needs to be done and if matter is urgent or if it can wait— that is what expect someone to be up front and honest. I know every time I go in there I am going to have the same experience as before— I honestly to do not have one complaint about St. Louis Honda. I would also like to thank Micah who helped me out when Gary was away from his desk. Thank you so much for having the BEST service advisors!!! It make a HUGE difference!!!

"Long Time Customer"

I've never "bothered" to do a review, so thought I would take the time now. We are one of the folks who have (almost) always taken our vehicle to the dealership for service. At first I was hesitant, because I always thought the perceived increased cost would be too much. My experience has been, over probably 14 years and three vehicles, that you GET what you PAY FOR!!! This dealership has treated us very fairly, the costs incurred have been reasonable, and the service provided excellent! I mean it. Very up-front about what is needed to keep your car in great running shape, Very personable and "know their stuff". The service is the reason we continue to purchase our vehicles there, though their sales folks have been very fair and make our purchases seamless. A good experience. And these are my thoughts....
