Savannah was great. Never received my extra stuff we spoke about them adding to our deal. Keyed alike floor mats were listed on the website and I never received them. Savanna was very friendly and helpful. My vehicle was not available for to look at when I arrived to do my paperwork as I was told it had been sent to the Ford dealership for a recall. I w My vehicle was not available for to look at when I arrived to do my paperwork as I was told it had been sent to the Ford dealership for a recall. I was put in a loaner and called later that day that my vehicle was ready. While at the dealership completing paperwork, I asked about the recall. I asked again upon picking up my vehicle what the recall was for and never got an answer. Also upon picking up my vehicle, (Savanna had already gone) no one offered to hold through the vehicle with me or ask if I had any questions. Been awhile since buying a vehicle but that used to be pretty common. More
