Saleswoman (Rachelle) was great to deal with and seemed to be straightforward and honest. (Traits seldom seen in car sales it seems). The finance person was a fast talker and tried to up sell several thing to be straightforward and honest. (Traits seldom seen in car sales it seems). The finance person was a fast talker and tried to up sell several things I felt were over priced. Overall good experience though. One just has to realize they are in the business of selling at a profit and the customer’s job is to save as much as possible. I didn’t catch everyone’s name that I worked with due to having multiple xxxxx in the air trying to work with getting a vehicle and dealing with work/family on the phone throughout the process. I will say that it was likely the best experience I’ve had at a auto dealer to date. The overall attitude and atmosphere was definitely a major part of why I chose to purchase the truck I did. More
