This is a follow up review after some issues with purchasing a new F150 that had mechanical problems that I could not take home. The management at Murray Ford wasted no time making this right, they p purchasing a new F150 that had mechanical problems that I could not take home. The management at Murray Ford wasted no time making this right, they put me in a different truck with some additional options at no additional cost. They quickly had all the paperwork done before I got there so I could just sign and go. I really appreciate that, they did what they needed to do to make me happy. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase. More

I guess the mistake was paying before picking up the vehicle. Did not feel like I was purchasing a vehicle over 100k. They offered to drive the new truck to pick me up from the airport but I declined sa vehicle. Did not feel like I was purchasing a vehicle over 100k. They offered to drive the new truck to pick me up from the airport but I declined saying I wanted to put the first miles on it. Another salesman told me don’t worry then we will have another ride for you. Never happened. Truck was filthy when I got there. Inside and out. Had to take it myself with the salesman to fill up the gas tank (luckily I didn’t pay). After they “detailed” the truck it was still filthy. Kept insisting that I was someone famous..not sure why but it made it weird and unpleasant. Wanted to get in and out as soon as possible. Weather stripping on the driver side rear door exterior was messed up they didn’t care. Overall not a great experience but I got the vehicle I wanted so that’s what matters I guess. More
