On June 28 and June 29, 2021 I was at the Toyota dealership trying to get a key fob programming issue for my 2017 RAV-4 resolved. I was passed off to six Toyota staff persons without successful res dealership trying to get a key fob programming issue for my 2017 RAV-4 resolved. I was passed off to six Toyota staff persons without successful resolution of the problem. An outside contract key fob programmer from Car Keys Express did not respond to attempted phone or text messages. While I was waiting, Roy, the Nissan sales rep., offered to help and he ultimately was able to get me the service assistance I requested and was entitled to. He stayed with me to make sure the appropriate dealership personnel did what they were expected to do. He has a high commitment to customer service, and he is a number one dealer representative in my book. More

This will be my second Subaru Crosstrek and Eric HOOKED ME UP! My lease wasn't quite up, but I was curious about the new Crosstrek offering. Turned out I was able to upgrade my lease with equity and within ME UP! My lease wasn't quite up, but I was curious about the new Crosstrek offering. Turned out I was able to upgrade my lease with equity and within a few days had the Crosstrek of my dreams! Eric is so friendly and passionate; made me feel super comfortable and wanted me to be 100% down with the swap. We had placed an order for my car, anticipating a 3-4 month wait, and SURPRISE! They were able to find one when trading for another vehicle! I was over the moon. Steve from Subaru helped me get acclimated with my snazzy loaded car with all the bells and whistles I never thought I could have! Also super friendly and helpful. Everyone is super chill. Bill remembered me from my first purchase and we got to chatting and had a great time. I love everyone at Subaru! This is supposed to me my forever car, but if I end up wanting a new one My Auto Subaru is WHERE IT'S AT!! John in finance made the lease transfer so easy! Thank you for the tip to turn off automatic payments on my old lease! More

Byrd is a RIOT!! He's so upbeat and has SO much energy and I LOVE IT! He was so helpful getting me hooked up with a new bumper for my Crosstrek. He gave me all the information I needed and a cushy Outback and I LOVE IT! He was so helpful getting me hooked up with a new bumper for my Crosstrek.
