I had a vague idea of what kind of car I wanted and knew it needed to be as inexpensive yet reliable as possible. I left the lot with a car six years newer, all of the features I wanted, but didn't ask for, and with better loan terms than my previous vehical had. The end result was a car valued close to double the cost of the car I was replacing yet only $50 more per month and half the interest rate. More

We have long been sold on Subaru's quality and wanted to add an Impreza to our family (we had a 2011 Outback already). Sales Consultant, Katie Brown, is a knowledgeable, empathetic professional and treated us with the utmost respect. Most importantly, she helped us get the features we wanted in our Impreza at a price we felt was very fair. Katie is the best Sales Consultant I have ever worked with and I recommend her to anyone considering buying a new Subaru. We already know that we will receive great service as My Auto has provided quality service for our Outback since we bought it new in 2010. And of course, it's nice to have popcorn and soft drinks available when waiting for an oil change to be completed. :) We are now a two-Subaru family and are looking forward to enjoying Subaru's quality and reliability for many, many years to come. We intended to get a different Subaru Legacy so we decided to kill some time looking to see what was available, intending to purchase one at Christmas time. But they had what was a perfect car for us so we ended up buying it that very day. We really like rob, our salesman and he helped us purchase a forrester earlier for our grand daughter.
