Katie is very knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells and financing. She was good at communication and upfront about availability of the vehicles I chose to test drive. On the day my car was delivered, she provided a tutorial on the navigation system and the electronics and concluded the instructions with the invitation to contact her with any further questions.
