Very Good Experience My wife went car shopping and the first salesman she met was Lou Gallitto. The two of them did all the preliminary work, and my wife and I went to the dealership after I got off work. Within an hour we were driving our new Kia Sorento home! Lou was excellent. He knew exactly what paperwork needed completed, and we encountered no delays during the entire buying experience. Good experience. I went to Myrtle Beach KIA to shop for a new car, by recommendation from a prior purchaser. I was suppose to meet another salesperson, but she was o I went to Myrtle Beach KIA to shop for a new car, by recommendation from a prior purchaser. I was suppose to meet another salesperson, but she was out and was met by Lou. I told him what price range I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. We discussed lease or own, after running some numbers, I choose lease. I never felt pressured as I have with other dealerships in the area. I felt very comfortable with my buying experience with Lou.
