He knows how to deliver top-notch maintenance, always exceeding my expectations in both time and expense. This afternoon he stopped in the middle of his busy schedule to help me analyze an engine warning light problem. Within minutes the problem was solved, and all it cost me was $30 for a new gas cap! (I’ve been stressing about that warning light for weeks.) Will’s 5-star customer service reminds me why I chose Myrtle Beach Kia in the first place. I wanted to leave a few comments about the service and employees .Our Kia Sorrento needed the software update . So I pull into the service area and was greeted by 2-3 people . I was told that it would ta employees .Our Kia Sorrento needed the software update . So I pull into the service area and was greeted by 2-3 people . I was told that it would take about an hour or less . So I went through the Parking lot and viewed a few cars . I came in and sure enough my sales person was there ( it’s been almost 4 years ) He stated I know you ! Joe Claudio and I talked about family and my thoughts on a new car . While I was there I was introduced to fellow sales guys .. had a great time . As I was walking to ask questions about my car .. William Thibodeau said can I help you with anything… then that’s when I realized that I came 3 1/2 years ago and bought a car . William is extremely knowledgeable about the Kia line as well as many car companies. —- I leave and go to write a note of thanks and I get a call from Joes sales guy (Keith) . Keith said if I needed anything to call and he would tell Joe my thoughts…. This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE and felt that I don’t see this anymore.
