Waited at counter to drop off car for appointment. Noone was there or came for a while, eventually I had to go to parts for them to get someone. Never received a upfront quote for what I thought was More

Spoke with Dave Hall (service manager) and voiced my concerns about my last service. Dave was very attentive and and genuinely interested in resolving my concerns. He definetly put the service department in a better light in my eyes and assured me he will address my issues with his staff. He has convinced me to give them another opportunity to conduct my next service. Thank you Dave.
