I was greeted initially by Bryan Neitz who made me aware of all my available options. Together with Scott Roland and Anthony Blasini they worked on a deal on a new 2016 QX60 that fully met my expectations and made it impossible not to accept it. Their very efficient and straight forward approach allied to a friendly and helpful staff, made this purchase a great and pleasant experience. Friendly Sales and Service I have now leased two vehicles from this dealership in the past few years. The sales team is helpful, understanding, and even through negotiations th I have now leased two vehicles from this dealership in the past few years. The sales team is helpful, understanding, and even through negotiations they do not ever become pushy as many car dealerships and salespeople tent to do. I went to have my car serviced yesterday and as a package that the dealership offers, I get my oil changed for fee for 2 years. I also asked for my tires to be rotated which is a $20 service. When it came time to pay, Wendy said she had taken care of it and I had no balance. Obviously $20 isn't huge but I thought it was a very nice gesture and highly appreciated. More
