First time here for service. Westfield in Countryside wasn’t answering phones. Recall on 2019 Explorer was the reason. 1 call, had a date to bring it in, was told unable to bring Westfield in Countryside wasn’t answering phones. Recall on 2019 Explorer was the reason. 1 call, had a date to bring it in, was told unable to bring me back to house due to it being beyond 5 mile limit, service advisor handled it and provided a ride. When vehicle was ready, shuttle drivers very busy, service advisor again handled it, contacted and dealership paid for Uber ride back. Very professional service, would consider here for a future purchase based on how well the service was handled. More

Brought my truck in for service and David May helped me . David is so personable he recognized me and my vehicle from previous service . David quickly had me checked in and on my way.
