He fully explained all the benefits and all the possible negatives of purchasing this 2016 vehicle at the end of 2016. He provided the best purchase price up front and the sales manager confirmed my choices regarding financing as the best possible option for me to take. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. The test drive, in the vehicle I eventually purchased, was most informative and Jay Gonzalez was very attentive to all of my questions and did an outstanding job of describing and then showing me all the interactive controls in the vehicle. I wanted them to explain line items on the invoice and they couldn't, and when they tried I think they were dishonest and tried to dance around the issue. I came into the dealership today and they wanted to tack on $3,000 worth of repairs, even tho the car w Bait and switch on an internet posted vehicle. I came into the dealership today and they wanted to tack on $3,000 worth of repairs, even tho the car was under warranty and supposedly never in a wreck, that they neglected to reflect in the advertised price and refused to eat that cost. Scam. The finance guy, Brian, was flippant about the situation and never even apologized. He went as far as to say they aren't responsible for errors on their own website. False advertising. Never again. I also think it's interesting that their Facebook rating is 2.7 stars and 4.7 on this website. Hmmm. Interesting. More

I was greeted with a smile by salesperson Gregory Robertson, he really was a welcoming person. He asked questions to determine my needs in my next purchase of a vehicle.......Gregory really knows his products! He proceeded to offer me a coffee as he pulled up the perfect vehicle that suited my needs perfectly! We took a test drive and he explained ALL the wonderful features of the Sonata....when we returned back to the dealership he introduced me to the customer relations woman Rosie....I could not have been more impressed by both of there welcoming smiles and enthusiasm for me!! I could go on and on about these 2 employees.....definitely wonderful assets to the Napleton TEAM! A big THANK YOU to them both. More

I was contacted by this very welcoming employee by the name of Dannielle J. and received such great help in choosing a car suitable for me and the kids that i had to leave my positive feedback with those of you who are new to this company. Dannielle J. is a GREAT phone representative and i felt that she actually cared about making sure the i find the right car for us and the "kiddos" (me and the children) for the right price and i think we found it for sure! Im very excited!!! Dannielle J. even introduced me to the VIP manager Kerry Ann! She was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable and engaged in our conversation which made me comfortable with my choice of new wheels! The Napleton Group should definetly be happy to have such a welcoming manager like Kerry Ann and their employee Dannille J.. 5 Stars from me!!!
