I told the person who made my appointment that I had to be somewhere by 11:30. He gave me an 8:30 appointment and said I would be out in 1 hour. It took 2 hours and instead of being able to go home before be somewhere by 11:30. He gave me an 8:30 appointment and said I would be out in 1 hour. It took 2 hours and instead of being able to go home before my next appointment, I had to wait around in the parking lot. More
