I purchased a car from here in July, the windshield leaked after the first rain, they fixed it. Within 45 days, my AWD light went on, the all wheel drive went, along with the serpentine belt, and oil w leaked after the first rain, they fixed it. I spoke to one of the sales managers Ashley, she referred me to the Service manager Ruben. I went to the dealership multiple times and left many messages, and still have not heard from him. I took it upon myself to get these issues fixed at the dealership that manufactured my car. I am also waiting for parts that were supposed to be replaced, but have not come in yet, it’s been 3 months. My first car I bought from them in April of 2021, needs new tires. They replaced the tires when I bought the car, but didn’t align them. According to the service person Josh Garcia, this is my problem. I have no issues buying new tires, I just wished they lasted longer than 11k miles. If the service department at the dealership did their inspection properly for both cars I bought, I would not be in this situation right now. I urge whoever reads this to make sure you have the car inspected yourself before buying from here. I do not trust their sales or service. More

I bought a used car from napoli that only had 32,000 miles on it. The car was inspected by them previous to purchase. Come to find out days later the tires were no good. They tried to charge me 900 doll miles on it. The car was inspected by them previous to purchase. Come to find out days later the tires were no good. They tried to charge me 900 dollars for new tires. I was also told by Dallas the salesman the oil was changed rite before purchase and 2 weeks later the car pops up service change oil soon. Needless to say I had to pay out of pocket for an oil change. Not much but when your told one thing and it turns out to be not true it's no good. Not happy with Napoli! Would never do business with them again. More
