Dave was absolutely amazing. I walked in and he had me within a minute. I knew what I wanted and what I had to spend. He worked it out and it was over. I pulled the trigger withi I walked in and he had me within a minute. I knew what I wanted and what I had to spend. He worked it out and it was over. Marisa, Service Representative. Issue: mileage incorrect. Not documented correctly. Was told verbally by Marisa that the mileage was less than what it indicated on my dashboard. Af Issue: mileage incorrect. Not documented correctly. Was told verbally by Marisa that the mileage was less than what it indicated on my dashboard. After being told a replacement/new engine was put into my 2017 Kia Sportage. What was documented on my paperwork an according to the next service due date was completely wrong, based on the miles shown on the dashboard. In turn, I had to go back inside of the Napoli Kia and speak with Marisa regarding the issue. It made me feel like maybe Napoli Kia did not put a new/ replacement engine in my vehicle. As Marissa went on an on about how I was so lucky to get my replacement so soon. As it was in stock. Did I get a replacement? If I had not noticed. I would have had to return for a similar issue, the oil change would not have been done on time an potentially blown my engine. Voiding my mileage service an warranty agreement. Made me feel like the service record was not a replacement engine. As stated by Marisa. It just didn't add up. An how could such of a mistake have been made. I had her initial my copy and update the system so that it reflected the correct mileage on my receipts of service. A copy of the receipt showing change documented in the Napoli Kia system regarding my mileage. I hasked her to reflect this an print an initial so that a Time stamp could be on file in the NapoIi Kia data base. Then had to return back inside because I still needed a up to date service sticker with the corrected mileage. To ensure I was not late on my next oil change. All had been initialed and dated for my protection for warranty by Marisa. Not a very comfortable feeling leaving Napoli Kia 9/2/2022. Not exactly impressed with the quality of service.
