Marissa was amazing! My car initially needed $1600 worth of repairs that she put through extended warranty i thought was expired! She really put the work in to take care My car initially needed $1600 worth of repairs that she put through extended warranty i thought was expired! She really put the work in to take care of me, and come to find out the extended warranty i thought expired at 60k miles, expires at 100k miles! My $1600 initial quote became just the $50 deductible for my warranty and some labor time that wasn’t covered through it. I only come to Napoli for this reason. I feel so taken care of as a customer!
