Marissa was most helpful with setting me up with my appointment, then arranging for a shuttle so I could get out while the repairs were done, which took about 3 hrs. It was okay until it wasn't. Shuttle driver went home so I had to find a way back to Napoli Kia from work. My bill wasn't what was told to me.
