Hoy fui a un servicio de cambio de aceite obligado porque el motor de mi Sorento 2019 tiene consumo excesivo de aceite, en 1500 millas consumió 3 cuartos. Tengo "garantía de fabrica". Recomienda el consecion el motor de mi Sorento 2019 tiene consumo excesivo de aceite, en 1500 millas consumió 3 cuartos. Tengo "garantía de fabrica". Recomienda el consecionario que debo ir 3 veces para tener un récord del mismo. Pague $100 x el servicio, tengo q regresar a las 1000 millas para revisar y debo pagar $60 por la cita, después se hará lo mismo. Después recomiendan cambiar el sistema de combustible $750 más (eso ya le hicieron a un conocido con un Sorento 2018) Y después de eso seguirá el problema y no harán más. My intention was never to write a bad review but at this point I feel like it’s only right I warn people by telling my story. In July 2022 I walked into Kia Napoli looking for an AWD sedan. My salesperson, point I feel like it’s only right I warn people by telling my story. In July 2022 I walked into Kia Napoli looking for an AWD sedan. My salesperson, Dallas, showed me an “AWD” K5. I purchased the car almost immediately. A few days later my friends were checking it out and they discovered it was a front wheeled drive car. I went back to Kia, upset of course, because I specifically came in there looking for an AWD sedan and expressed it multiple times. My main purpose for my overall car search was to find a reliable AWD sedan so it wasn’t something to be misunderstood. I felt like I got scammed. Dallas knew. In MY paperwork, not once did it state front wheeled drive but in THEIR paperwork it did. When I came in, Dallas and Sal promised to figure it out by switching my car with the model i thought I had. It’s been about 1.5 years now… Throughout this time I’ve come into Kia Napoli more times than I can count. At this point I would have rather Dallas and Sal been honest with me but instead I’ve been constantly lied to, ignored, and taken advantage of. I’m a 22 year old girl so they definitely don’t take me seriously because I’ve been played around with like a toy for this long. Mind you, I have been nothing but understanding and patient. I’ve tried to put my foot down, give deadlines, stay persistent (even though it’s their responsibility since this is their fault) but it’s exhausting. This situation has caused me nothing but anxiety and stress. So if you plan on purchasing from Kia Napoli, I suggest you rethink your decision and maybe choose another Kia dealer where you’ll be guaranteed honesty and transparency. More
The Service crew at Napoli Kia are very professional, very proficient and very polite. Not only did they do a very thorough job repairing my vehicle, but they even took the time to wash and detail it aft very proficient and very polite.
