Not a lot of service to be done on an EV, but I did the 7500 and 15000 mile services and everyone was friendly and helpful. They even had a shuttle to take me to work nearby while the service was performed 7500 and 15000 mile services and everyone was friendly and helpful. I had the car serviced a couple months ago for my 30,000 mile even though I was not even close to being at 30,000. Last week I took the car for a routine oil change at my regular garage, and they wouldn't t mile even though I was not even close to being at 30,000. Last week I took the car for a routine oil change at my regular garage, and they wouldn't touch the car due to the fact that the plug for the oil pan would not turn, because it was cross threaded when it was put in last oil change at the dealership. I immediately called the dealership & spoke to Peter, he said to bring it down. Once there he had it looked at by his mechanic, who said they would change the oil pan. I told him I wasn't paying for it as it was their mistake, and he told me I wouldn't have to pay & he would have the car washed as well. After an hour or so, he said car was all set, and I asked to see the original oil pan, so I knew the work was done, he then brought it out to show me, but when I went to get in my car, I noticed it was not washed as he said it would be. Once I got home, my husband looked at the paperwork and realized it said that I complained of an oil leak, which was definitely not the case! This is the last time I will have my car serviced by this dealership. I spent over $600 on the 30,000 mile service, which my husband said was highway robbery, and then inconvenienced by having to return to have a new oil pan put on & they lied about why it was being done. That's not very professional in my opinion. More

Why didn’t you order the part I needed when we scheduled an appointment? I figured if I went once for the same part, you would have another in stock? an appointment? I figured if I went once for the same part, you would have another in stock? More
