Classic Stealership. I went to look at a used car & salesman, Dallas, pulled the “this is a beautiful car, lots of action this week, won’t last long”. My suspicions becam I went to look at a used car & salesman, Dallas, pulled the “this is a beautiful car, lots of action this week, won’t last long”. My suspicions became elevated as I know the car had been in their possession since September 2022 & it was now end of January 2023. A few things about the car made me uneasy, like when the salesman opened the trunk & there were car parts hidden in the corner, which he brushed me off when I asked what they were. I agreed to a test drive & felt uneasy again when there was an odd clunking sound upon starting & a noticeable clunking sound and feel when shifting into gear. During the drive, I took a right hand turn & felt a bunch of water drops hit my head, moon roof had a leak. After the drive I straight up told them there was a tranny problem, the rotors & brakes needed to be replaced, the rear tires were bald, basically a hunk of crap. Salesman brought out manager & claimed they had no idea but they’d lower the price & have it fixed in a week. There was some pressure about a deposit & I foolishly agreed. I had buyers remorse on the way home & called Dallas to get a refund. He said it was after hours & would be done the following day. I waited several days for my refund & finally called the finance department. They had no idea I requested a refund of my deposit because the salesman never told her. I didn’t purchase anything from here, thank god, & I don’t want anything from them. Just leaving the review to help other customers. Napoli has an impressive showroom, but it ends there. Buyer beware on the blue Mercedes SUV with only 49k miles on it. Today is March 14, 2023, & the car is still on the lot for the same price & still problematic (I had a friend test drive to see if it was fixed, it’s not). I’m sure they are just waiting to sell to someone who doesn’t know what to look for when purchasing a used vehicle. More
Tried to charge an extra $600 for diagnostics after the warranty repairs were already approved by Kia 2 days prior. Told me numerous times I didnt know what I was talking about because you needed to mechan warranty repairs were already approved by Kia 2 days prior. Told me numerous times I didnt know what I was talking about because you needed to mechanically inclined but when I started in mechanical terms and asked detailed questions, I would get transferred to a different person. Constantly over the 4 months they had vehicle I had to contract them them and Kia due to conflicting stories and info. Vehicle returned with almost no coolant in a new radiator. More
