Friendly staff - inquired about brakes. Was told car needed all four replaced. That’s disappointing since I’ve only driven 10k miles since purchasing the car. I have extensive experience with changing brakes and I specifically asked when in the process of purchasing that I wanted them changed and was told they didn’t need to be. A few days ago, we leased our second Kia Niro Hybrid from Napoli Kia in Milford, CT. Several dealers in the area were competing for our business, but we went back to Napoli Kia because of our previous good Napoli Kia in Milford, CT. Several dealers in the area were competing for our business, but we went back to Napoli Kia because of our previous good experience there. Our sales consultant, Trevor Sabia, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was always very quick in replying to our e-mails and our questions. General Sales Manager Mr. Sal Liuzzo remembered us from the last time and was very professional, friendly and helpful. He is very interested in his customers and willing to help with the deal. The Finance manager Maurice was well organized and had all the paperwork ready when we came to pick up our new vehicle. Also, from the previous experience, we were happy with the Service Department. They would always send us a timely notice of the next service. We recommended Napoli 'Indoor' Kia to our friends. Yesterday we took our Kia Niro on a 102-mile trip and averaged 61.1 MPG.
