Those people have no respect. I called before the appointment, being in the middle of a pandemic, to make sure people were wearing masks on the premises. My daughter has an immunity deficiency so it is very important to me. Nothing politic or religious. Just the well-being of my child. They assured me that everyone was wearing masks. When i got there, the 3 people inside the service area had no mask on. People at the front desk had their masks down. There was a sales person showing used cars to potential customers: no mask at all I saw 2 mechanics going through the showroom with no masks. Terrible. Next was the service. No paperwork was presented to me. I had to request it. So i am not sure what was done. The hatch of the car was making noise. The service person told me that a good solution would be to put the tray in the trunk... What kind of a clown answer is that? He then told me he had to order tape and would call me in a couple of days. Still waiting. No one ever called. Then while I was leaving, Frank mentioned that i would received a survey and nothing other than 10 is not acceptable. You have to earn it Frank. I left a message for Ruben Burgos, the service manager since he sent me an automated message stating to call him with any concerns. Same thing, he never called. So this is not a service department but more a disrespectful clown department. Disgraceful More
