Responsive customer service, but the process of requesting approval from Kia to cover work under warranty, and the associated rental car approval, took far too long. I’m also not happy with the vehicle overall now, needing a major replacement at such low mileage/usage - but that’s an issue with Kia not the dealer. I bought the car at this location. and until now (25K mi) it was ok. Kia covered this big expense this time but my warranty is expiring in 6 months and I’m not confident that this car will not be a headache at 50-60K mi and beyond. More
