The Service crew at Napoli Kia are very professional, very proficient and very polite. Not only did they do a very thorough job repairing my vehicle, but they even took the time to wash and detail it aft very proficient and very polite. After the oil change we were advised tire rotation needs to be done, well why wasn’t it done with the oil change. The staff hold grudge if you give them a feedback. The sensor was not reset it still says se to be done, well why wasn’t it done with the oil change. The staff hold grudge if you give them a feedback.
